LEADING Resources for Engineers, Managers and Financial Executives Introducing the 2017 Conference with the United Nations (UNEP) Every 2 years, the ECT holds a Conference with the United Nations Environment Programme and its international network of partners, including the European Energy Centre and CSG. Publication of the International Special Issue with the United Nations (UNEP) Launched at the recent UN Conference in Kigali, Rwanda (28th Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol). The International Special Issue includes contributions from leading international experts on key technological topics, including representatives from United Nations agencies, Presidents of important International Authorities and Government Ministries worldwide. New state-of-the-art Engineering, Management and Finance engagement opportunities. The Issue has been distributed at UN Protocol Congresses to Heads of State and Ministries of 180 Governments, who were signatories of the Protocols. The Journal contains topical articles contributed by the ECT-EEC’s network of international experts and policy-makers.
