Please ensure that you have the following minimum system specifications:

  • The ability to view and listen to live-streaming MP4 and WMV files within your web browser
  • The latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Access to WiFi or 4G if viewing course materials on a mobile device

To take the exam, you will also need to scan and email us a colour copy of your passport (name and photo page).

Your enrolment on any one individual course expires three months after the date of enrolment. Enrolment on an Expert Certificate expires six months after the date of enrolment. You can purchase an additional month extension at any time before your enrolment on the course expires.

The tutorial is an optional extra which is not required to complete the course or sit the exam for the Galileo Master Certificate. If this option is requested then an additional payment of £72.00 (inc VAT) is required before Tutorial can be arranged.

You give your permission for your personal data to be used for Renewable Energy Institute / European Energy Centre / European Centre of Technology purposes only. The data will NOT be shared with third parties. Your name and your company’s details may be published in the official magazine, website and newsletter of the Renewable Energy Institute / European Energy Centre / European Centre of Technology.

2. Cancellations / Refunds

Participants are able to cancel their distance learning course and be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid under the following conditions:

  • The cancellation has been received in writing no more than fourteen (14) days following the start date of the course.
  • The course videos have been accessed for no more than one (1) hour.

You may transfer your place to a substitute person as long as we receive written notice of the substitution by you. The proposed substituting person must agree to these terms and fulfils any criteria required for the course in question.

3. Copyright

The documentation, videos, texts, images and other materials that are used on training courses or any other events operated by the Renewable Energy Institute, European Energy Centre and European Centre of Technology, are subject to copyright of Renewable Energy Institute Ltd, and cannot be used, copied, reproduced (in part or in full), either electronically or as printed material, without written, prior permission of the Renewable Energy Institute, European Energy Centre and European Centre of Technology.

The minimum age to attend any of the REI-EEC-ECT Distance Learning Courses or Seminars is 18.
